The Anglican Development Services Western (ADSW) is a faith-based organization established as a development arm by the six Dioceses of the Anglican church of Kenya, western region, namely; Bungoma, Butere, Katakwa, Maseno North, Mumias and Nambale. The main aim is to facilitate the poor rural communities in Western Kenya to realize sustainable development. The organization was initially known as Western Region Christian Community Services, registered as a limited company by guarantee in 1997 and later rebranded as Anglican Development Services Western-(ADS-W) in 2014
The organization implements development projects through participatory decision-making approaches to enable the targeted communities think critically and find solutions to their challenges. These projects are implemented across the four main counties namely; Kakamega, Bungoma, Vihiga, and Busia of western Kenya.
